Choose either and or or depending on whether you want all words together (choose "and) or any one of the words (choose "or"). Case means whether you want the search to distinguish between the capital and lower case letters you typed in (choose "sensitive"), or whether it makes makes no difference if the letters are capital or small letters (choose "insensitive").
